Xo Hotel Paris

There were coffee/tea making machines, multi-channel television and a writing desk in the room, appreciated that. All the staff was amazing, tackled my issues. The location of the hotel was great and stunning - within walking distance of a triumphal arch. There was an excellent restaurant, supermarkets and shops next door.

Verry small rooms, hallways, bathroom. Breakfast good. Car parking 18 euro. internet 22 euro. Location good, thera are cafe's not far away.

Location near good restaurants nearby, metro station and lots of lovely cafes and many attractions. For tea or coffee visit Maison Lohezic nearby.

Nothing at all. I have chosen this hotel by mistake thinking this was another cartier.

Price too high and not even a single breakfast included.

Great Value for Couples

The staff treated us like we were their only guests, always helpful and friendly. And the coffee, tea, and biscuits every day were a comforting touch, made the mornings easier.

It was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for in this case.

The room was well furnished, clean and comfortable with good-sized en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. There was a good selection of both hot and cold food for the buffet breakfast which was included in the room price.

Part of the room was taken up by the lift-shaft enclosure, This reduced the size of the room and at times the noise of the lift was noticeable.

The area where it is located is fine, close to the city center and good restaurants.

The best thing about the hotel was the location and the hotel staff. The hotel was clean, pleasant and safe for me and my daughter during our stay in Paris.

The cozy room was clean and the staff were super friendly, always ready to help. Great location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions and enjoy the free cheese and charcuterie at the bar each evening.

I found the hotel to be very clean, very comfortable and its proximity to the major attractions of Paris is exceptional for the price.

I loved the charming ambiance of XO Hotel. The decor felt chic and cozy, perfectly capturing the Parisian vibe. The room was clean, and having a Nespresso machine was a nice touch. I appreciated the comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location is great, just a short walk to popular attractions like the Arc de Triomphe. The breakfast experience could use improvement. The price of 21 euros seemed steep for a limited continental selection. I certainly missed having more hot options like bacon. While most staff members were friendly, some lacked warmth and a readiness to assist. I felt a bit unwelcome during my late-night arrival when the staff didn't respond quickly to my knocking. It's a beautiful hotel, but better communication and service could make it lovely.

Very good choice. Near Arc de Triomphe - 20 min. walking. Clean. Very good breakfast. Everything you need when you go to visit Paris.

The price for Internet - extremely high (22euro/day). It's a shame for a 4* hotel. Les hoteliers parisiens, vous etes dans un autre siecle de ce point de vue...

The room and the bathroom were quite spacious and good room service was provided - the beds were made everyday. The location of the hotel was fantastic with some very good local restaurants around.

It is not a 4 star hotel by any means! Some non smoking rooms smelled of tobacco, it was hot like in an oven in our room , even though AC was on. The minibar was never re-stocked.
